Hi I'm trying to find more details on how to setup custom signup forms in Squarespace for memberstack. I can always use code blocks in Squarespace to make sure the right code is on the page but need some guidance/ help on how I might do that and managing the flow. Examples would be great! Has anyone done this in Squarespace? The documentation on this for Squarespace is very limited...
Hello Tim 👋
You have come to the right place! I've found a video on our Co-Founder Duncan adding the "attributes" to a custom form for Squarespace🙌

In the last 24 a number number of our existing users are getting "you look like a bot" errors when they sign in via the memberstack modal popup. We've had these in the past but we've seen an unusual peek in the last 24hrs with existing long time members. Has something changed in the back end? Is there a way to dial it down? Sometimes it happening on the first login attempt...
Please help
Update: This is an active ticket on our side and we're evaluating + testing out some options here. Meanwhile — we recommend switching off Recaptcha as a temporary fix. Stay tuned! 🙂
We're trying to automatically change a members membership to a free tier on expiration of a paid membership. Has anyone achieved/ tried this?
Josh Lopez  can you confirm if the back end API would allow us to update a Member's membership from Paid Plan to a Free Plan? I don't think so, based on reading the documentation it seems we can create a member with a Free Plan but that is it.
I added everyone who liked this post as voters in wishlist 👍

I’ve created numerous coupons in the memberstack application successfully. All of which are propagating to stripe which is excellent.
Stripe also shows the number of redemptions for each coupon but not consistently
It appears that 100% off coupons redemptions for subscriptions are coming through

but one time 100% off coupon redemptions are not.

Hey Tim! I’ll flag this as a possible bug, but I’m assuming we’re using our own code to handle 100% off once coupons… if that’s the case we may not be able to send that data back to Stripe.

Q1: If all coupon usage data appeared in Memberstack, would that solve your problem?

Q2: How exactly are you using that Usage data? Are there any exports or reports involved, or do you just need a quick reference?

I am running into a similar problem.

Coupons correctly apply the discount, and I can see the ones I have set up in Memberstack in the Stripe dashboard. BUT there is no "redemptions".
